Bacon & Leek Pasta Bake

When I’m planning what to cook each week, I like to include a few budget friendly recipes. They tend to be carb based meals and often they use ingredients you find lurking around your store cupboard and fridge. Bacon and creme fraiche normally have a good shelf life and most of the other ingredients I always have to hand. Does this sound like something your family would enjoy? If so you can find many more recipes like this in my book.
