Passion Fruit Martini
I first tried these beauties @sexyfishbar in London and thought they were delicious. Perfect for a Valentines treat, so here is my version. Happy Valentines Day 💕

Halve the passion fruit and scoop out the flesh from 2 into a shaker. If you don’t have a shaker a large jam jar will do. Add the gin/vodka, passion fruit liqueur, syrup, lime and vanilla. Add a few ice cubes and shake. Top with a dash of Prosecco and serve with a passion fruit half floating on top 💕💕
