Both my boys enjoy a trip to @wagamamasofficial and the dish that son number one orders every time is their Shirodashi Ramen. I thought I’d have a go at my own version, so here it is. I have slowly cooked the pork belly, otherwise it’s tough and chewy. The broth is easy and quick and I’ve simplified it further by buying a rainbow vegetable stir fry pack from @marksandspencerfoodpr
We thoroughly enjoyed it and I hope you do too.
