
Whole Tandoori Chicken
Indian food and yogurt is a match made in heaven, which is why Tims Dairy and I thought it would be fantastic to run our Curry Nights Campaign to encourage people to cook healthy and delicious Indian inspired food at home.
This is my whole roasted tandoori chicken which is so simple, healthy and easy to make. A fantastic way to feed a crowd over the weekend. I’ve included the recipe a lovely green sauce that took 5 minutes to blitz and really transformed the chicken into something special.

Whole Tandoori Chicken
Ingredients
Marinade
Optional sauce
Method
Mix the marinade ingredients together. Smother the chicken in the marinade and season generously. Leave for 20 minutes (if you can) or anything up to 8 hours. Roast at 210 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Leave to rest for 20 minutes.
Optional Sauce
Blitz the ingredients together in a bullet or blender.
